Check-In Guide
- 1Pull up to the main lobby on West Ave — valet will greet you.
- 2Stop at the front desk and let them know you're checking in with the host for Unit 1016
- 3The front desk will issue your keycards (you'll need them for the elevator).
- 4Take the residential elevator to the 12th floor — Unit 1016 is to the right.
- 5Tap your keycard on the reader and the door will unlock.
Wi-Fi
If the network drops, unplug the router (small white box in the media console) for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Still stuck? Message us.

- No smoking anywhere in the unit, any smell of smoke will incur a $400 cleaning fee. Guests may smoke on balconies with the sliding doors closed.
- No parties or events unless approved in writing.
- Respect building quiet hours (10pm – 8am).
- Registered guests only — please don't host extra visitors.
- Treat the unit and building with the same care you would your own home.
- Follow all front desk and building policies.
Checkout
- 1Check out by 11:00 AM so our team can prep for the next guest.
